About This Trial
This phase II trial studies how well decitabine with ruxolitinib, fedratinib, or pacritinib works before hematopoietic stem cell transplant in treating patients with accelerated/blast phase myeloproliferative neoplasms (tumors). Inclusion Criteria:
* Age \>= 18 years
