This trial is looking for patients with advanced or metastatic cancer to compare how often they can receive treatment with nivolumab or pembrolizumab. Participants will have their blood tested to see how the drug levels compare with different dosing schedules.
You may be able to join if
- I have locally advanced or metastatic cancer.
- I am 18 years old or older.
- My doctor says I can be treated with nivolumab or pembrolizumab.
- I have measurable disease.
You may not be able to join if
- I have previously received immune checkpoint inhibitors.
- I have received investigational monoclonal antibody therapy.
- My treatment plan includes ipilimumab.
- I am receiving nivolumab and ipilimumab together.
