Every year, 12500 primary renal cell carcinoma (RCC) are diagnosed in France. Metastases occur in half of RCC patients. Management of metastatic RCC is based on systemic treatments (targeted therapies/immunotherapy). However, resistance to systemic treatment is frequent.
