Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* STEMI or TS with planned coronary angiography within 12 hours from the onset of symptoms
* Written consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Cardiogenic shock, defined as Killip class IV
* Expected inability to comply with the protocol
