This trial is looking for adults aged 18 to 99 with treatment-resistant depression or obsessive-compulsive disorder. Participants will receive various therapies and be monitored through tests during the process.

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 99 years old.
  • I can understand and agree to the treatment and procedures.
  • I have been diagnosed with a major depressive episode or treatment-resistant OCD.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am under 18 years old.
  • I have a primary diagnosis other than major depressive disorder or bipolar disorder.
  • I have serious medical conditions like uncontrolled asthma or active cancer.
  • I have been involuntarily committed to a psychiatric unit.
  • I have significant claustrophobia or hearing loss.
  • I am pregnant, nursing, or not using effective contraception.
  • I have any illness likely to change my brain structure or function.

About This Trial
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of interventional/procedural therapies for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). These treatments include electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), racemic ketamine infusion and intranasal esketamine insufflation.
