Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for people diagnosed with colorectal cancer before age 50 or those diagnosed with colorectal adenocarcinoma at age 50 or older. Participants will provide information to help researchers understand young onset colorectal cancer better.

You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with gastrointestinal cancer
- I am between 18 and 49 years old at the time I consent
- I have not been diagnosed with colorectal cancer before
- I have not received treatment for colorectal cancer
- I am 50 or older at the time I consent
You may not be able to join if
- I have a known hereditary cancer syndrome
- I have a history of inflammatory bowel disease
- I have had another diagnosis of colorectal cancer

About This Trial
The purpose of this registry study is to create a database-a collection of information-for better understanding young onset colorectal cancer. Colorectal cancer patients are considered to have young onset colorectal cancer if they are diagnosed with their cancer before the age of 50. Inclusion Criteria:
Participant Inclusion Criteria for database and questionnaire (YOGI)
* Histological or cytological diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer
* 18 - 49 years old at time of consent
* No Known hereditary CRC or other cancer predisposition syndrome (stool collection cohort only)
