Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with advanced soft tissue sarcoma that cannot be surgically removed. Participants will receive the study drug Retifanlimab along with standard chemotherapy drugs, gemcitabine and docetaxel, to see if the combination is effective and safe.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old
  • I have been diagnosed with high-grade soft tissue sarcoma that cannot be removed by surgery
  • I am willing to provide my written consent to participate
  • I have measurable disease as defined by the study
  • I am able to have a biopsy if necessary
  • I have not received any other systemic therapy for my condition
  • I have a negative pregnancy test if I am a woman of childbearing potential
  • I have acceptable levels of organ function as per the study requirements

You may not be able to join if

  • I have had any systemic therapy for advanced or metastatic disease
  • I have unstable cardiovascular disease in the last 6 months
  • I am currently taking immunosuppressive medication, unless specified
  • I have a significant autoimmune disease in the past 2 years
  • I have uncontrolled HIV infection or active Hepatitis B or C
  • I have received a live vaccine within 30 days of starting this trial
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding
  • I have a history of active TB
