Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Biopsy-proven hepatocellular carcinoma or EASL/AASLD criteria
* Single nodule, 3 to 8 cm of largest diameter
* Hepatocellular carcinoma eligible for conventional liver resection with curative intent (R0), without preoperative portal vein embolization
