About This Trial
This phase II trial investigates how well modified VR-CAP (bortezomib, rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, prednisone, and cytarabine hydrochloride) and acalabrutinib as first line therapy work in treating transplant-eligible patients with mantle cell lymphoma.
