Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients Aged ≥ 65 years
* Who are preparing to undergo thoracic surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients who are completely non-ambulatory (i.e. wheelchair-bound-patients) \*
