You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease.
- I am aged 15 to 40 years.
- My kidney function is estimated to be above 70 mL/min/1.73 m2.
- I am classified as Class 1 A-E based on imaging.
You may not be able to join if
- I am classified as Class 2 based on imaging.
- I have a systemic disease affecting my kidneys.
- I have diabetes.
- My predicted urine protein excretion is greater than 1 g/24 hrs.
- I am using antioxidants like vitamins or Nrf2 activators.
- I have abnormal urinalysis results.
