Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults that is able to consent (≥ 18 years of age)
* Scheduled to undergo PCNL at Uhealth tower and Jackson Memorial Hospitals
* not currently immunosuppressed \[White blood count (WBC) \>= 2, not on immunosuppressive medications\]
