Inclusion Criteria:
* Physician diagnosis of Chronic RhinoSinusitis
* Capable of using a mobile application on a smartphone
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with malignancies of the sinonasal cavity
* Patients with inverted papilloma
* Patients with unilateral disease
