Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for people who have chronic norovirus infection and are either recovering from a stem cell transplant or are immunocompromised. Participants will receive a special immune therapy using T-cells specifically targeted to fight norovirus.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I have chronic norovirus infection with positive stool tests.
  • I am 3 months to 80 years old.
  • I have stable donor chimerism if I had a stem cell transplant.
  • I have stable graft function if I had a solid organ transplant.
  • I have a Karnofsky/Lansky score over 50.
  • I am not pregnant or I'm a female participant with a negative pregnancy test.
  • I have adequate blood counts.
  • I can provide written informed consent.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have received certain T-cell targeting treatments in the last 28 days.
  • I have had experimental cellular therapy in the last 28 days.
  • I have had a recent stem cell transplant within the last 100 days.
  • I have had ruxolitinib or other JAK inhibitors in the last 7 days.
  • I have ongoing infections other than norovirus.
  • I am experiencing significant symptoms from infections.
  • I have not tapered off steroids or am on too high of a dose.
  • I have had certain treatments or conditions that affect my eligibility.

About This Trial

This is a Phase I dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety of norovirus -specific T-cell (NST) therapy for chronic norovirus infection in participants following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) or who are immunocompromised due to PID and have not undergone HSCT, or Solid Organ Transplant (SOT) recipients.
