This trial is looking for patients with certain types of advanced cancer. Participants will receive a combination treatment involving Tirapazamine and Pembrolizumab to see how well it works.
You may be able to join if
- I have liver metastasis from colorectal cancer or lung cancer.
- I have had my cancer progress after at least two treatments.
- I have measurable disease.
- My performance status is ECOG 0-1.
- At least 4 weeks have passed since my last chemotherapy.
- I have adequate organ function.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had an organ transplant.
- My liver metastasis is more than 50%.
- My oxygen saturation is less than 92% in room air.
- I have a history of autoimmune disorders.
- I have brain metastasis.
- I have had major gastrointestinal bleeding in the last 2 months.
