This trial is looking for childhood cancer survivors to learn about the long-term effects of their treatments. Participants will undergo check-ups and fill out questionnaires as part of their regular follow-up care.

You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with cancer as a child
- I completed my childhood cancer treatment
- I am registered in the Childhood Cancer Registry or treated in a Swiss clinic
- I was diagnosed when I was between 0 and 20 years old
- I can provide written consent
- I can be any age now
You may not be able to join if
- I am currently in a palliative situation
- I have a relapsed cancer where no follow-up exams are planned

About This Trial
The SCCSS-FollowUp is a national, multicenter cohort study designed to investigate late effects in childhood cancer survivors in a prospective and longitudinal way. The study is embedded in regular follow-up care and inclusion in the study takes place in a step-wise approach.
