This trial is looking for women diagnosed with cervical cancer that has a large tumor. Participants will receive adjuvant chemotherapy or just have follow-up visits after surgery, depending on certain criteria.

You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with cervical cancer stage IB3-IIB.
  • My tumor is larger than 4 cm.
  • I am between 18 and 70 years old.
  • I am in good physical condition (ECOG status score ≤1).
  • I have enough blood cell counts and liver function.
  • I can follow the study requirements and stay in contact.
  • I can sign informed consent for the study.

You may not be able to join if

  • I did not have the required surgery after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
  • My neoadjuvant and adjuvant chemotherapy regimens are different.
  • I have high-risk factors after surgery like lymph node metastasis.
  • I have participated in another clinical trial recently.
  • I have severe diseases of other important organs.
  • I am unable or unwilling to sign informed consent.
  • I have a history of drug or alcohol abuse.
  • The researchers determined I am not eligible for the study.

About This Trial
This is a prospective, phase 3 randomized controlled clinical trial. Cervical cancer patients with FIGO stage IB3, Ⅱ A2 or IIB with tumor size\> 4 cm will be enrolled. Inclusion Criteria: 1. Clinical stage IB3-IIB cervical cancer (FIGO, 2018 standard) with the tumor diameter \> 4cm before treatment. 2.
