Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosed patients with mild hypertension (SBP: 140\~159mmHg; DBP: 90\~99mmHg)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Cannot tolerate RIPC
* Non-essential hypertension
