This trial is looking for Native American employees of Twin Arrows Casino who want to reduce their weight and improve their health. Participants will receive a 12-week nutrition program that includes group coaching sessions with trained students.

You may be able to join if
- I am a Native American employee of Twin Arrows Casino.
- I am between 21 and 65 years old.
- I have a body mass index (BMI) greater than 24.
- I am not currently in a weight-loss program.
- I have not had any weight-loss surgeries.
- I have worked at Navajo Gaming Enterprise for at least one year.
- I plan to continue working at Navajo Gaming Enterprise for the next year.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had gastric bypass or other weight-loss surgery.
- I am pregnant or planning to become pregnant within the next year.
- I depend on insulin.
- I cannot attend weekly group coaching sessions.

About This Trial
The investigators propose to conduct a randomized controlled trial with a wait-list control to determine efficacy in reducing risk of obesity and related disease in Native American employees of Twin Arrows Casino. * Self-identified Native American employee of Twin Arrows Casino;
* 21-65 years of age;
* self-reported body mass index (BMI) of \>24 kg/m;
* not currently participating in a weight-loss program;
