Inclusion Criteria:
* Three coronary artery lesions, CABG surgery was planned
Exclusion Criteria:
* The patients could not tolerate ripc;
* peripheral vascular disease affecting upper limbs
* Acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock,in recent 30 days,
