Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for children aged 4 to 5 years with ADHD. Participants will take SPN-812 to see if it helps improve their symptoms. Parents or guardians need to provide consent for their child to join the study.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 4 and 5 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with ADHD.
  • I have a total score of 28 or higher on the ADHD Rating Scale (for boys) or 24 or higher (for girls).
  • I have a Clinical Global Impression-Severity score of 4 or higher.
  • I am participating in a group activity at least 2 days a week.
  • I have not started any behavioral therapy within 30 days before screening.
  • I have a body weight above the 5th percentile for my age and sex.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have another primary psychiatric disorder.
  • I have a major neurological disorder.
  • I have a family history of Bipolar Disorder.
  • I have global development delay or intellectual disability.
  • I have high blood pressure or heart rate above certain levels.
  • I have taken SPN-812 before and stopped due to side effects.
  • I cannot swallow pudding or applesauce.
  • I have had suicidal thoughts or behavior in the last 6 months.
