This trial is looking for people aged 18 to 50 who have been diagnosed with early onset colorectal cancer. Participants will help researchers understand how cancer treatments like chemotherapy and radiation affect reproductive and sexual health.

You may be able to join if
- I am 18 to 40 years old and female, or 18 to 50 years old and male.
- I have been diagnosed with colorectal adenocarcinoma.
- I am willing to take part in the informed consent process.
- I am eligible for curative treatment for colon or rectal cancer.
- I can complete questionnaires about my health.
- If I have rectal cancer, I will receive chemotherapy followed by chemoradiotherapy.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had prior treatment for this cancer.
- I have an active or prior cancer besides this one.
- If I am female, I have had my ovaries removed.
- I am pregnant or nursing.

* 18-40 years of age and premenopausal (female) or 18-50 years of age (male) at time of diagnosis
