This trial is looking for pregnant women who are having trouble getting enough food. Participants will receive food and nutrition support to improve their health and their baby's health.
You may be able to join if
- I am female
- I am pregnant
- I am less than 24 weeks pregnant
- I speak English
- I am aged between 14 and 55
- I live in specific Missouri zip codes
- I receive care through Missouri Medicaid
- I have been identified as food insecure
You may not be able to join if
- I am male
- I am not pregnant
- I am more than 24 weeks pregnant
- I do not speak English
- I am under 14 or over 55 years old
- I do not live in specific Missouri zip codes
- I do not receive care through the Home State Health managed care organization
- I do not screen positive for food insecurity
