Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 18 years
* Karnofsky Performance Status ≥ 70
* Newly diagnosed cerebral or cerebellar lesion (contrast enhancing on a T1-weighted MRI scan) amenable to total resection with no dural attachment
