Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Participation in the PACAP cohort with written informed consent for being randomized in future studies
* Isolated local recurrence after primary PDAC resection
* Minimum age of 18 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* Distant metastases
* Expected lifespan \< 3 months
