This trial is looking for adults who might be at higher risk for developing cancer due to their lifestyle, family history, or other factors. Participants will have their cancer risk evaluated, and if found at high risk, they will get referred for additional care.

Some individuals may be at a higher risk due to their personal lifestyle, family history and/or exposures. If subjects are found to be at high risk for developing a disease, they will be sent to a healthcare provider for further care.
