You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma.
  • I have measurable disease.
  • I have relapsed or progressive multiple myeloma.
  • I have had at least 1 prior line of therapy.
  • I have a performance status of 0 to 2.
  • I have a specific chromosomal translocation confirmed by testing.
  • I have adequate organ function.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have non-secretory multiple myeloma.
  • I have active plasma cell leukemia.
  • I have significant cardiovascular disease.
  • I have uncontrolled hypertension.
  • I have an active HIV infection.
  • I have active viral hepatitis B or C infection.

About This Trial

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of sonrotoclax as monotherapy and in various combinations in patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM) and chromosomal translocation t(11;14). The study investigates sonrotoclax alone and in combination with dexamethasone and other agents, including carfilzomib, daratumumab, and pomalidomide.
