This trial is looking for adults with certain types of advanced solid tumors that are likely to come back. Participants will have their T cells collected and stored for possible future treatment using CAR T-Cell therapy.
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with a solid tumor like colorectal, lung, or pancreatic cancer.
- My cancer is advanced and cannot be surgically removed.
- My doctor thinks I am at high risk of my cancer coming back within two years.
- I have a specific genetic marker called HLA-A*02 confirmed by testing.
- My tumor tissue shows a loss of this marker by testing.
- I am in good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
You may not be able to join if
- I have had another type of cancer in the last 5 years.
- I have had a stem cell transplant before.
- I have had a solid organ transplant.
- I have received any cancer treatment or experimental therapy within 2 weeks of when I would donate my blood.
- I have an active infection that needs treatment.
- I have known cancer spread to my brain.
