Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults who have recently had surgery for head and neck cancer and may still be at risk for the disease. Participants will receive Toripalimab after their initial treatment to see if it helps improve their outcomes.

You may be able to join if

  • I have head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and had surgery.
  • I completed postoperative therapy within the last 2 months.
  • I am between 18 and 70 years old.
  • My overall health status is good (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • My disease can be measured according to specific guidelines.
  • My lab results show normal liver and kidney function.
  • I can provide written consent for participation.
  • I will follow the study protocol.

You may not be able to join if

  • I participated in another clinical trial in the last 4 weeks.
  • I have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years.
  • I have an active autoimmune disease.
  • I have evidence of lung disease or inflammation.
  • I have an active infection that needs treatment.
  • I have had an allergic reaction to similar treatments.

About This Trial

This study is a phase II, open label, single-arm and exploratory clinical trial. The purpose of this study is to observe the efficacy and safety of consolidation immunotherapy with Toripalimab following postoperative radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy for patients with locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCC).
