Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Biopsy proven adenocarcinoma of the prostate
* Indication for ePLND combined with robot assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) (MSKCC nomogram \>5%, if not applicable when only MRI targeted biopsies are positive, the Briganti nomogram will be used)
