This trial is looking for adults with metastatic cancer that has an ATM mutation. Participants will receive a lower dose of radiation therapy to see if it can effectively treat their tumors.
You may be able to join if
- I have a confirmed diagnosis of metastatic cancer.
- I have a pathogenic mutation in ATM.
- I am between 18 and 75 years old.
- I can provide informed consent.
- I have a performance status of 0-2.
- I expect to live at least 6 more months.
- I will use effective contraception if I am capable of becoming pregnant.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had previous radiation therapy in the area to be treated.
- I have serious medical conditions that prevent me from receiving radiation.
- I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
- I have tumors in regions where radiation is too risky or not possible.
