About This Trial
This study involves patients with EGFR-mutated NSCLC and asymptomatic brain metastases. This is an open-label, randomized study, comparing the continuation of Osimertinib treatment alone to Osimertinib treatment combined with early intervention stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS).
