This trial is looking for adults with a history of brain injury or dementia, along with their support persons. Participants will join group wellness treatments to improve long-term well-being.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
You may be able to join if
- I am between 18 and 70 years old
- I can read and speak English fluently
- I have a support person who can participate
- I have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or similar dementia
- I have had a brain injury at least 3 months ago
You may not be able to join if
- I have had a stroke or other neurological disease
- I have unstable seizures
- I have been hospitalized for a psychiatric illness in the past three months
- I currently use alcohol or drugs that affect my daily life

About This Trial
Approximately 5.3 million people live with a long-term disability resulting from a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and between 5-8% of those older than 60 suffer from Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia (ADRD). Eligibility Criteria
For individuals with moderate/severe TBI:
Inclusion Criteria:
* age 18-70
* at least 4 months post injury
* can read and speak English fluently
* has a support person who is willing to participate in the study
