Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for women aged 18 to 70 with HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer who have completed surgery and chemotherapy. Participants will receive a specific combination of treatments to see if it helps improve survival rates.

You may be able to join if

  • I am a woman aged 18-70 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer.
  • I have completed surgery and chemotherapy for my breast cancer.
  • I am postmenopausal or meet specific criteria for postmenopausal status.
  • I have signed informed consent to participate.
  • My lab results show I have adequate bone marrow and organ function.
  • I have an ECOG score of 0 or 1.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have double primary cancers that are currently active.
  • I have bilateral breast cancer.
  • I have taken oral 5-FU for more than 2 weeks before the trial.
  • I have severe diarrhea.
  • I have uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension.
  • I have had a heart attack in the past 6 months.
  • I am pregnant or nursing.
  • I have a history of fluorouracil allergy.
