This trial is looking for women between 18 and 45 years old with or without endometriosis. Participants will help researchers understand how endometriosis may be linked to heart health.

You may be able to join if
- I am a healthy woman between 18 and 45 years old with regular periods.
- I have been diagnosed with endometriosis by laparoscopy in the past 5 years.
- I can take Tylenol if I have acute pain.
- I am using contraceptives.
You may not be able to join if
- I use nicotine products like cigarettes or chewing tobacco.
- I have diabetes.
- My blood pressure is over 140/90.
- I take medications that affect blood vessels.
- I am pregnant.
- I am breastfeeding.
- I use illegal or recreational drugs.
- I have liver problems.

About This Trial
The purpose of this study is to better understand the underlying mechanisms associated with elevated cardiovascular disease risk in women with endometriosis, and to measure the effectiveness of emerging endometriosis treatments on outcomes specific to cardiovascular dysfunction.

* Healthy women between the ages of 18 and 45 years (Controls), taking oral contraceptive or with regular menses every 26-34 days
* Women between the ages of 18 and 45 years with endometriosis (diagnosis by prior laparoscopy by subject's own physician \<5 years prior, and report…
