This trial is looking for patients with high risk acute B cell lymphoblastic leukemia who are considering a stem cell transplant. Participants will receive a special treatment before the transplant to see how well it works and how safe it is.
You may be able to join if
- I have high risk acute B cell lymphoblastic leukemia.
- I have a matched sibling donor or a compatible stem cell donor.
- I am between 12 and 65 years old.
- My liver function tests are okay.
- My kidney function tests are normal.
- I do not have any uncontrolled infections.
- I have a good performance status.
- I have signed informed consent.
You may not be able to join if
- I am pregnant.
- I have a mental illness that prevents me from following the study rules.
- I have Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
