This trial is looking for patients with high risk acute B cell lymphoblastic leukemia who are considering a stem cell transplant. Participants will receive a special treatment before the transplant to see how well it works and how safe it is.

You may be able to join if

  • I have high risk acute B cell lymphoblastic leukemia.
  • I have a matched sibling donor or a compatible stem cell donor.
  • I am between 12 and 65 years old.
  • My liver function tests are okay.
  • My kidney function tests are normal.
  • I do not have any uncontrolled infections.
  • I have a good performance status.
  • I have signed informed consent.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am pregnant.
  • I have a mental illness that prevents me from following the study rules.
  • I have Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Inclusion Criteria: 1. high risk acute B cell lymphoblastic leukemia with the indications for allogeneic transplantation; 2.
