Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for women with a specific type of metastatic breast cancer to see how well two medications work together. Participants will receive treatment and undergo regular check-ups during the study.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am a woman aged 18 or older.
  • I have been diagnosed with androgen receptor-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer.
  • I have had a biopsy confirming my cancer.
  • I have measurable or evaluable disease based on imaging tests.
  • I have a stable performance status with no decline in the past 2 weeks.
  • I am postmenopausal or receiving specific ovarian suppression therapy.
  • I have a negative pregnancy test before starting treatment.
  • I agree to use effective contraception during and after the study.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have received any investigational agents or study drugs in the past 28 days.
  • I have undergone major surgery in the past 4 weeks.
  • I have had brain metastases or spinal cord compression unless they are stable.
  • I am currently taking any endocrine therapy.
  • I have severe uncontrolled systemic diseases or active infections.
  • I have certain serious heart conditions.
  • I have had prior exposure to anti-androgen therapy.
  • I am not able to recover from the effects of recent chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
