Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for children and young adults with newly diagnosed high-grade glioma or diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma. Participants will receive selinexor along with standard radiation therapy to see how well it works and to determine the best dose with manageable side effects.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am 25 years old or younger.
  • I have been diagnosed with high-grade glioma or DIPG.
  • I have signed informed consent for the screening.
  • I am between 12 months and 21 years old at the time of enrollment.
  • I have a performance status of 0, 1, or 2.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have non-pontine tumors without an H3 K27M mutation and I am 18 or older.
  • I have metastatic disease.
  • I do not meet the specific radiographic criteria for DIPG.
  • I have seizures that are not well controlled.
