This trial is looking for adults aged 18-70 who have been diagnosed with Thyroid Associated Ophthalmopathy. Participants will evaluate the effectiveness of doxycycline through imaging tests.

You may be able to join if

  • I have given informed consent
  • I am between 18 and 70 years old
  • I have been diagnosed with Thyroid Associated Ophthalmopathy

You may not be able to join if

  • I have sight-threatening TAO with dysthyroid optic neuropathy
  • I am allergic to tetracycline
  • I have a metal pacemaker
  • I have fake teeth or any other foreign body that affects MRI
