This trial is looking for patients with a specific type of recurrent endometrial cancer. Participants will receive a combination of two drugs to see if it helps shrink their tumors.

You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with recurrent endometrial cancer
  • I am at least 18 years old
  • I have measurable or detectable cancer
  • I have a mismatch repair deficiency
  • I have recovered from recent surgery or treatment
  • I have a performance status of 0, 1, or 2
  • My blood tests meet the study requirements

You may not be able to join if

  • I have had major surgery in the last 4 weeks
  • I have a history of certain heart problems
  • I am currently breastfeeding
  • I have certain severe health issues
  • I have taken specific medications within the prohibited timeframe
  • I have a QTc interval greater than 450 msec
  • I am pregnant or do not use approved birth control methods
