Inclusion Criteria:
* Clinical diagnosis of acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke
* Admission within 12 hours
* Aged 18-45 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of neurological diseases, myocardial infarction, renal and hepatic abnormalities and metabolic diseases
