This trial is looking for adults with mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer's disease. Participants will take part in virtual music therapy sessions for 8 weeks to see if it helps improve memory, mood, and thinking skills.

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 89 years old
  • I have mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer's disease

You may not be able to join if

  • I have had head trauma or a concussion that caused loss of consciousness for more than 2 minutes
  • I cannot tolerate being in an MRI machine due to claustrophobia
  • I have a medical device that is not compatible with MRI scanning
  • I have worked with metal or have metallic objects in my body
