Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for patients who have experienced consecutive atrial tachycardia after undergoing an ablation for atrial fibrillation or cardiac surgery. Participants will be evaluated to see how effective different ablation techniques are in preventing future episodes of tachycardia.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
You may be able to join if
- I have consecutive atrial tachycardia after an AF ablation or cardiac surgery.
- I have an ECG that shows my atrial tachycardia.
- My atrial tachycardia is stable and can be mapped.
- My tachycardia cycle length is 200 ms or longer.
You may not be able to join if
- I am under 18 years old.
- I have not had an atrial fibrillation ablation or cardiac surgery.
- I am pregnant or can become pregnant without a negative pregnancy test.
- I have a history of bleeding disorders or blood clotting issues.
- I cannot take blood thinners.
- I have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.
- I have a condition that would make it unsafe for me to participate.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Consecutive AT subsequent to prior AF ablation procedure or cardiac surgery
* Surface ECG-documentation of AT as primary clinical arrhythmia
* ECG indicating stable, map-able AT (stable activation sequence, and CL stability) with cycle length ≥ 200ms
