This trial is looking for adults with certain advanced solid tumors that have a specific gene deletion. Participants will receive the treatment and have their tumors monitored to see how well it works and if it is safe.
You may be able to join if
- I have a solid tumor with a specific gene deletion.
- I have advanced cancer that cannot be surgically removed.
- I have a tumor that can be biopsied for tests.
- I am at least 18 years old.
- I have a good performance status in daily activities.
- I have normal organ function.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had treatment with specific cancer drugs before.
- I have active cancer in my brain or spinal fluid.
- I have had significant bleeding in the last month.
- I have had major surgery in the last month.
- I have serious gastrointestinal issues that affect my medication.
- I have heart problems.
