Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma (GBM) to see how a special treatment with Bevacizumab can help. If you join, you will receive this treatment along with standard care, which includes radiation and chemotherapy.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am 18 years old or older.
  • I have been diagnosed with glioblastoma.
  • I have a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
  • I can undergo MRI evaluations.
  • I have a performance status of 70% or greater.
  • I meet specific lab test requirements.
  • I am willing to use birth control if I am able to have children.
  • I can understand and sign a consent form.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have started chemotherapy or radiation for GBM.
  • I have a different type of brain tumor.
  • I intend to participate in another clinical trial.
  • I have an active infection that needs treatment.
  • I have evidence of multiple disease sites in my brain.
  • I have had another cancer within the last 5 years.
  • I have tested positive for HIV or have active hepatitis infections.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
