Dupuytren's contracture (DC) is associated with progressive finger flexion and extension deficit caused by fibrosis in the palm and digits. Treatment options include minimally invasive procedures such as percutaneous needle fasciotomy (PNF) and collagenase clostridium histolyticum injections as well as open fasciectomy.
