This trial is looking for adults with rheumatoid arthritis. Participants will help researchers find better ways to choose treatments based on their individual needs.
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years old or older.
- I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
- I have not responded to standard treatments and can try second-line medications.
- I have failed at least one TNF inhibitor and can try third-line medications.
You may not be able to join if
- I have used certain biologic treatments before that are not allowed.
- I have an active infection or untreated tuberculosis.
- I have a current cancer.
- I have severe organ problems.
- I have a history of blood clots unless I am on anticoagulants.
- I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
- I have another inflammatory illness needing specific treatments.
- I cannot provide consent or fill out forms in English or French.

The investigators want to find ways to identify the right drug for the right patient at the right time. This is what personalized medicine is all about.
