This trial is looking for Latino households with at least two adults who are overweight and want to lose weight, along with at least one child. Participants will help test meal planning and grocery delivery services to improve their diet and health.

You may be able to join if

  • I am part of a multigenerational Latino household with at least 2 adults
  • I have a BMI over 27
  • I want to lose weight
  • I have at least one child under 18
  • My household has between 3-5 residents
  • I have internet access or own a smart device
  • I plan to stay in the area for 12 months
  • I am willing to pay for groceries

You may not be able to join if

  • I have chronic kidney disease
  • I have insulin-dependent diabetes
  • I have dietary restrictions that do not match the menus
