This trial is looking for older adults aged 65 and over who have been diagnosed with advanced head and neck cancer. Participants will receive a combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy to assess treatment outcomes.

- I am 65 years or older
- I started my primary treatment since 2005

- I have had previous head and neck cancers
- I have received previous radiotherapy in the head and neck area
- I have distant metastases when starting treatment
- I have head and neck cancer in the nasopharynx or salivary glands
- I have head and neck cancer with an unknown primary tumor

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* definitive (chemo-)radiotherapy of locoregionally advanced (cT3-4 and/or cN+) head-and-neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCC) of the oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx or larynx
* primary treatment since 2005
* age ≥65 years at the time of (chemo-)radiotherapy
