This trial is looking for adults with colon or rectal cancer who have finished their initial treatment in the past year. Participants will help test a new health record system designed to support their recovery.
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years or older.
- I have regular access to the internet.
- I have been diagnosed with colon or rectal cancer, Stage I, II, or III.
- I have completed my initial cancer treatment in the past 12 months.
- I can speak and understand English.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had a recurrence of my colorectal cancer.
- I have severe cognitive impairment.
- I have schizophrenia or other psychosis.
- I am currently in hospice care.
